Withdrawal Terms

We aim to process withdrawal requests within 10–45 minutes of approval. There may be delays depending on the payment method and bank processing times.
5.3 Withdrawal Limits

6.1 Welcome Bonus
Get a 100% bonus on your first deposit — up to 200,000 Ks. The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until you have completed 10x wagering.

- Deposit 20,000 Ks, get 20,000 Ks bonus → balance 40,000 Ks → bonus 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks must be wagered before withdrawal
- Deposit 420,000 Ks, get maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks → balance 620,000 Ks → bonus 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks must be wagered before withdrawal
6.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses may expire if not used within 7 days of being credited
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — withdrawal is only available after wagering is complete
- The platform reserves the right to cancel a bonus until verification is complete
- Other promotions may have their own wagering requirements and expiry limits
6.3 VIP Cashback
VIP players receive weekly cashback at each tier —
- Bronze — up to 0.2% per week
- Silver — up to 0.4% per week
- Gold — up to 0.6% per week
- Platinum — up to 0.8% per week
- Diamond — up to 1.0% per week

Gaming Rules
7.1 Settlement of Decisions
All game decisions and results will be settled based solely on data recorded by the platform system. In the event of any discrepancy between a player's local device data and the platform's server data, the server data will be treated as final.
7.2 Game Errors and Malfunctions
Unexpected wins resulting from technical errors (error jackpots) will not be honoured by the platform. In such cases, the platform reserves the right to void and adjust any winnings.
7.3 Football and Sports Betting Notes
Football and sports bets may be subject to cancellation or adjustment in certain situations — for example, if a match is cancelled, stopped early, or if irregular play is detected. In these cases, the platform's decision is final.
Prohibited Conduct and Restrictions
